Home inspections are to assess the habitability of the home. We inspect the major
systems to determine that they are operating properly. We also look for safety issues
that exist in the home. These can be major items such as a gas leak, or minor ones
like a crack in the sidewalk. These items are important but most issues are easily
remedied. There are maintenance issues as well. Flaws that are not addressed but do
not make the home unlivable. These things are usually fixed before a seller puts the
home on the market, unless they do not know of or deem the issue to be of no major
consequence. In all cases of issues in the home, All Points will communicate them
clearly to you so you can determine the best course of action.
The Reports
The reports are computer generated from 3-D Inspection System software. They are
clear, detailed, and easy to follow. They can include photos of different areas of the
home. The report can create a summary page, which will give a clear overview of
issues in the report.

The person
I am from a family of ten (10) children. I also have eighteen nieces and nephews that I
love so much. I am married and have two Labrador retrievers. One yellow (Otto) and
one chocolate (Chip). Family is important to me. I care about safety.
Training as a firefighter opened my eyes to different areas of safety and how to
prevent accidents before they occur.
My hobbies include golfing, bowling, hockey and softball. I also enjoy taking my dogs
to the dog exercise areas in Lake County and camping with my family. Spending time
with family and friends are some of the best times of my life.
